Urban Body, a well-established physio clinic in the heart of Solihull, Birmingham, needed a new digital marketing partner to support its upcoming growth phase.


Upon analysing Urban Body's current acquisition strategy, Klatch proposed a comprehensive growth strategy to increase new patient revenue further, leveraging the clinic's already successful digital presence.

Klatch overhauled Urban Body's SEO and PPC strategy. This resulted in a substantial increase in leads, with 134 leads generated in September 2024 alone. This marked a significant 156% increase in monthly leads since our partnership began.

Our digital marketing work included:


  • Analysed the existing website's performance: evaluated user sessions and page performance and optimised their current website conversion rate.
  • Ensured that their website loaded in under 3 seconds, as recommended by Google.
  • Optimized service landing pages for search engines, ensuring that all pages ranked locally for treatment terms.
  • We strategically set up high-intent Google Ad campaigns, focusing on keywords such as 'physio solihull' and 'Nuebie Therapy UK'. These campaigns were designed to drive traffic to service-optimised pages and generate immediate revenue.

Urban Body's lead acquisition has significantly improved after implementing a seamless acquisition strategy on its existing digital presence, which includes SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimisation.


By September 2024, our partnership with Urban Body had yielded significant results. The website generated 134 new leads, marking a remarkable 156% increase since our collaboration began.
